【備註】依據獎勵要點規定：「依本要點領取獎助學金，須為在學且完成註冊繳費手續；同時符合其他獎助學金資格者（教育部研究生助學金、本校校長獎學金、外國學生及僑生入學學雜費減免除外），以補助一項為限；倘同時符合其他獎助學金資格之獲獎者其經費來源皆為學校自籌經費，則可彈性調整獎學金補助來源，最高以40,000元為限。受獎學生因故休、保留學籍或退學，自當月起停發獎助學金；畢業者，獎勵至畢業當月止。」
【Note】According to regulation：Students who have got other scholarships or grants (EX. MOE Taiwan Scholarship Program etc.) cannot get the Outstanding Scholarship at the same time (with the exception of Graduate Student Stipend, CMU Presidential Scholarship, tuition and fee waivers form Office of Global Affairs.) Students who receive the Taiwan Elite Scholarship can apply the Outstanding Scholarship. If approved, they can receive an additional NT$15,000. If a recipient suspends, retains their student status, or withdraws for any reason, the scholarship will be discontinued starting from that month; for those who graduate, the scholarship will terminate from the next month.
申請資格：已選定指導教授之在學博士班一年級新生（不含在職進修學生、大陸地區、香港及澳門學生）（115年入學學生）。
獎勵金額：經校級審查委員會審核通過之博士班一年級優秀新生，得獲每人每月40,000元生活助學金，按月分次核發，以3年為限。申請表請至本處網站下載（獎助相關>>1.拔萃獎） https://gsa.cmu.edu.tw/?q=zh-hant/node/52
- 學生請將完成簽核之申請表及成績單正本於115.9.21下午5點前送至水湳校本部卓越大樓10樓教務處研究生教務組。

- 上傳截止日：115.9.21（一） 17:00
- 教務處彙整資料後，將轉請學院進行院級初選，並由學院於115.10.12（一） 17:00前將資料（通過申請生資料、初審名單、院級會議紀錄）送繳教務處。
- 送審資料概不退還，並於結果公告後逕行銷毀。

Outstanding Scholarship for PhD Students
- Qualification of Applicants: The 1st -year doctoral students. （Including Spring, 2026） Must be a full-time student and must have an advisor.
- Application Deadline: 115.9.21 (Mon) 5:00 PM
