一、依「 中國醫藥大學研究生申請轉所辦法」辦理。
二、申請資格：
1.修業一學期以上。
2.符合各研究所自訂之申請條件。
三、申請日期：自113年7月1日（一）至113年7月8日（一）止。
四、申請程序：
1.填寫「研究生轉所申請表」（請至[表單下載]處下載），經指導教授及系所主管簽核。
2.檢附歷年成績單及相關備審資料。
3.將上述資料送交擬轉入系所進行審核。
1. According to CMU’s regulation, graduate students can apply for transfer between the institutes under the same educational system.
2. To apply for transfer, graduate students should finish at least one semester’s study in CMU, and fulfill the institute’s application regulation.
3. Application from 2024/07/01 (Mon) to 2024/07/08 (Mon).
4. Application procedure:
(1) Download the Application, signed by advisor & Director of the original institute.
(2) Hand in the application form with transcript and other documents to the office of the intended institute.
5. Note: If the transfer is accepted, the credits taken in the original institute can be transferred. Students should apply for credit transfer before the semester in the new institute begins. Students should follow the new institute’s graduation requirement.
