Credit Transfer/Waiver

China Medical University Guidelines for Credit Waiver and Transfer

Online application for 1st-year graduate student:Path【portal.cmu.edu.tw→student information system→applications→credit transfer】

Students who wish to apply shall fill in the form of credits to be waived or transferred and submit relevant documents. Students who have graduated or taken courses shall submit the score sheet for the previous years (students who have taken courses shall also submit a certificate of transfer or of completion) or the credit certificate issued by the Center of Continuing Education to the respective department or school for initial review.

Upon completion of initial review, the respective department or school shall submit the form of credits to be waived or transferred to the Office of Graduate Student Affairs for secondary review. After the secondary review and with the approval by the Dean of Graduate Student Affairs, the credits shall be registered in the student's score sheet for the previous academic years.
